The Fisher Family sincerely looks forward to welcoming you here at Kingfisher Oceanside, our second Dennis property which is located by Sea Street Beach in Dennis Port, MA.
Just a few steps from the warmer water shores of Nantucket Sound, Kingfisher Oceanside is nestled in a charming historic setting, surrounded by many seasonal shops and restaurants. If the beach isn’t for you, be sure to relax by our sparkling new pool instead.
With 16 newly renovated, air conditioned rooms, and many tree-lined areas available for picnics, we’re sure to have all the accommodations you’re looking for.
Kingfisher Hotels
With three properties, Kingfisher Hotels has a destination to satisfy your needs. Our newest property, Kingfisher Harwich Port, has undergone a complete renovation for the 2023 season. It is just steps from Bank Street Beach and a short stroll to lively Harwich Port with all its restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Kingfisher Lodging, located on 6A in Dennis, is a pet- friendly hotel with a large outdoor pool and is only 2 miles from the bayside Mayflower and Corporation Beaches.

Convenient Keyless Check-In
By 4pm on the day of your arrival you’ll receive a welcome text, to the cell phone we have on file, explaining how to access your room. A stop at the office is not necessary, as once you receive the text, you’re already checked in. Just park at one of the designated spaces and get into vacation mode!
Hit The Beach
Start your morning with a beautiful sunrise, then spend the day relaxing in the sun and sand. Sea Street Beach is located just steps from your room. End with an evening walk along Nantucket Sound. Make sure to pack your own towel, sunscreen, umbrella and beach chair. We do have a limited number of chairs available to rent on a first-come, first-served basis.
Grab a Bite
There’s lots of local options for lunch and dinner, whether you want casual fried seafood, high end dining, or even a post-beach ice cream.
Sweet Dreams
Rest easy in any one of our recently renovated rooms, all appointed with free WiFi, individual A/C, flat screen TV with DirecTV channels, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and mini-fridge. We don’t like to disturb our guests while they are relaxing, so housekeeping is provided by request only. You’ll receive daily texts regarding towel and incidental item replacement but if you’d prefer to have the room attended during your stay, please text us by noon on the day prior to your desired service day.

There’s lots of great breakfast options in the area, including bakeries with scratch-made pastries, grab-and-go coffee shops, and sit down breakfast joints that will keep you fueled up all day.
